On September 19 – 20, 2017, the second Swiss Medtech Expo took place in Lucerne, Switzerland. We used this opportunity to present the expertise of Kunststoff Helmbrechts AG (KH) to an interested audience.<\/p>\n

Visitors showed keen interest in the extensive repertoire and the impressive depth of vertical integration that KH has to offer. The presented parts gave the visitors a comprehensive insight into the possibilities of designing their surfaces. In addition to design-technical effects (for example black panel), the integration of electronics in the In-mold Labeling technology was also shown. This approach allows the integration of capacitive panels with \/ without tactile feedback, gesture control or lighting effects – all hermetically shielded under a protective, 3D-deformed polycarbonate film.<\/p>\n

In addition, a single-use endoscope was presented in Lucerne, which is manufactured by KH on behalf of its customers. The plastic parts required for this are produced by KH in an appropriate environment and the assembly and packaging of the end product are carried out in a clean room (ISO 8).<\/p>\n
